Along with 3 in-person sessions per week, each participant will receive a training “roadmap” that will structure their whole training week including the in-person sessions and on-you-own sessions.This roadmap will stretch the whole 10-weeks of the program.
For swims, a variety of volume and intensity will be provided based off of participants current ability and fitness levels. Swims will focus on a number of technical drills, triathlon specific drills, and each session will contain a “main set” following a similar workout design we use to train our champion student athletes.
*all sessions will be adjusted accordingly with individual ability levels so no need to feel intimidated whether you are a beginner or seasoned veteran*
For bike studio sessions, our coaches will offer several styles of workouts each week in order to appeal to each individual’s goals. These workouts will include a warm up, main set, and cool down and will range from 45 to 75min based on individual preferences.
The training will steadily progress throughout the summer as each participant progresses in their ability levels. Again, anything and everything can be adjusted based on personal goals and ability levels
